Welcome to the official website of Crookwell's IOGKF Lambert Karate Dojo. The school will be opening its doors for the first time on August 16th, 2011 under the leadership of renowned Karate instructor, Sensei David Lambert. Sensei Lambert has lived and trained in Okinawa, Japan – the birthplace of Karate, where he studied daily under the World's most senior & respected Master and is the only instructor in the region to have done so.

At the Crookwell Dojo Sensei Lambert teaches the Okinawan Goju-ryu style of Karate, as taught to him by his late father and uncle and of course by World Master –Sensei Morio Higaonna. At our club you and your family will experience all that Karate training has to offer – From practical self defence to building peak physical fitness, as well as losing weight and staying in shape all while having fun at the same time!
